Lex Premier Associates was formed in 2014 and incorporated in 2015 as a full service Law firm by four (4) initial partners, all qualified Barristers and Solicitors of the Superior Courts of Ghana.
The Firm was founded to meet a growing demand for quality legal services especially amongst low to middle income companies and individuals in several practice areas, but also catering to the needs of high income companies and individuals. Lex Premier Associates affords quality services to clients from all walks of life including individuals, corporate clients, institutions, international clients, multinationals, business associations and large and medium sized businesses. We are a full-service company committed to providing excellence in our services and to finding innovative solutions to some of the most complex problems that often face individuals and organizations in their daily lives and in the administration of their businesses. We offer a wide array of financial benefits to our clients and business partners, either on a case by case basis or especially for retainer clients who are capable of earning with us several percentage points of discount on the approved Ghana Bar Association Scale of Fees. In this regard we not only cater for the supreme interests of our clients, but we do it at a cost effective rate to the client.
The Firm also has a pro bono practice, dedicated to offering free legal services to the indigent in society. In this regard, we provide advice and representation within a broad spectrum of the legal framework but particularly pertaining to civil and human rights, with an added emphasis on the rights of women, children and wrongfully detained persons.
